Mentoring helps you hone leadership and coaching skills and learn about international perspectives and new markets. Pre-screened internationally-trained individuals are matched with local professionals in an online mentoring relationship. Over a ten-week period, mentees receive 10 hours of coaching with experienced local mentors offering workplace and occupation-specific advice.
