Skilled Immigrants Registration

If you are a skilled immigrant, please complete the form below to register.

You will find this number, also referred to as a Unique Client Identifier, on official documents issued to you from an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office, Case Processing Centre or visa office where you submitted your application. Your Client ID Number/Unique Client Identifier has four (4) numbers, a hyphen (-), and four (4) more numbers.
Eligibility Checklist
You are eligible for FAST if you

have arrived in Canada with Permanent Resident status

were selected to become a permanent resident and have received either of the following

  • an invitation letter/Planning for Canada brochure from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, or
  • a medical notification letter, or
  • a visa pick-up notification letter, or
  • a visa
  • a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR)

are a convention refugee or protected person who has been selected for resettlement in Canada by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada

are able to communicate effectively at a Canadian workplace skill level

have two or more years of experience in the targeted trade or related occupation
